INFANT - TEENS
PRE-SWIMMING SKILLS: - Blowing Bubbles
- Gliding on stomach using streamline position
- Kicking on stomach using streamline position
- SWIM WITH ME:
h2o Babies I (8-16 Months): Babies experience water adjustment through songs, water play and activities. h2o Babies II (12-28 Months) Babies and early toddlers experience pre swimming skills through songs, water play and activities. - H2O TOTS: This is offered to 2½- 3 year olds that are comfortable in the water and are able to work independently from his/her parents. Tots will work on pre-swimming skills, floating on back, sitting dive off of mat and jumping off of side of pool.
- BEGINNER I: Pre-swimming skills, floating on back, underwater swimming, arm movement for freestyle, rolling onto back from stomach, sitting dive off of mat and jumping off side of pool
- BEGINNER II: Review skills from Beg. I, kick on back with arms to the side of body, swim free style rotating to breathe using a swim aid, kick on stomach then roll over and kick on back and sitting dive.
- BEGINNER III: Review all skills from I & II, backstroke, jump into pool swim 4 strokes rollover on back and float for 5 minutes, rotate to side for breathing without using a swim aid and kneeling dive.
- INTERMEDIATE I: Freestyle, Backstroke, Beginner Breaststroke, Beginner Butterfly, swim width of pool unassisted, standing dive and alternate breathing.
| - INTERMEDIATE II: Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke and Butterfly, open turns, flip turns and competitive starts.
- SPECIAL NEEDS STUDENTS: We offer classes for students with disabilities. These classes are designed per individual and are done in a ONE to ONE teacher student ratio unless otherwise requested.
ADVANCED SWIM START- ADVANCED: (2x per week/ages 5-10) Advanced stroke work, pace work and Bilateral breathing
- STROKE & ENDURANCE I & II: S&E is designed for swimmers that are preparing for summer league or who want to keep in shape during the school year and receive stroke instruction.(3x per week/45 minutes/ages 7-17
I- Must know Freestyle, Backstroke and have knowledge of Butterfly and Breaststroke. II- Must know all 4 strokes. - PRE-COMPETITIVE: (ages 4 & 5) Must be recommended by an instructor or USA swim coach. This program is designed to get swimmers ready for USA swimming.
- STREAMLINE: Pre Summer League program, covers all 4 strokes along with starts and turns.
ADULT SWIM START- BEGINNER: (2x per week) Floating, streamline gliding and kicking, Freestyle and breathing, Backstroke and Breaststroke.
- ADULT STROKE ENDURANCE TRAINING: (3x per week) Instruction in all 4 stroke and lap swimming.
- ADULT TRI-TRAINING: Endurance building and stroke instruction specifically designed for TRI-ATHLETES.
