Step 1: Please review our Policies and Procedures. Submitting your registration form indicates that you have read and accepted all of DADS CLUB SWIM START POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.
Step 2: Complete the registration form on the right (or via direct link). Please pay attention to the following notes:
- The Dad's Club Swim Start Staff are trained to place your child into an age/ability appropriate class. Please do not select a class in the form, which is also used for other types of registrations.
- After submitting your form, you will receive a phone call within 3 business days to place your child into a class. Please note that we take registrations in the order that they are received.
- There is a comments box towards the end of the registration form. Please use this box to indicate days and times available, start date and any special needs that your swimmer might have.
- Some web browsers appear to not show a scrollbar on the right edge of the form. In such case, please use this direct link.
Step 3: Once you are registered and have received a username and password, you can view and update your information (swimmers, classes, payment, etc.) using the Parent/Student Account Portal.
Note: the registration system is sub-contracted to Jackrabbit Class. Please look for the Dad's Club Swim Team logo to ensure that you are connected to the correct link.
