Congratulations to Jack Calderwood, Clayton Bobo, Christopher Hung, Ellen Pack, and Emma Stephenson on achieving NISCA All America Status for the 2015-16 High school swim year.

The NISCA All America list tracks the top 100 swims of all schools in the nation.

Bobo (Stratford ) achieved the list in both the 50 and 100 freestyle. His 50 free performance also made him the Texas 5A State Champion.

Jack Calderwood  (Strake Jesuit) joined Bobo in the 50 free. His performance at 6A Texas State was good enough for a 4th place finish.

Christopher Hung (Cinco Ranch) and Ellen Pack (Cinco Ranch) both made the list in the 200 Medley relay. Hung swam the breaststroke leg of the Cinco boys relay while Pack swam the fly leg of the Cinco Girls relay. Hung’s 200 medley relay was also the Texas 6A State Champions.

Emma Stephenson (Stratford) made the list in the 100 fly. Her performance at 5A Texas State was also good enough for the gold.

Overall three of our All America members were also Texas State Champions. This was also the first NISCA All America list for four of our swimmers and three of our swimmers achieved the honor on individual events.
