Our annual Swim Marathon was held on Oct. 24th - 27th.  We had a hugely successful fundraiser and even surpassed our $75,000 Goal!

The four day event started on Friday night with our Swim Start program taking a stab at the Marathon Challenge/Pumpkin Wars. Overall, Swim Start raised over $589.00. Coach Rushed Smith was the overall "Pumpkin Wars" winner raising $140.75 with his Frozen carved pumpkin.

The fun continued on Saturday Oct 25th with the competitive Swim Team. Our younger age groups challenged themselves by seeing how many lengths they could complete in a set amount of time. The older age groups completed a 5,000yd swim in the fastest time they could.

Last but not least, on Monday Oct 27, our Masters and Triathlon adult swimmers took to the water in their 1,000yd challenge. The 1,000 was completed by doing a snake swim through 20 lanes of our outdoor 50 meter pool. Swimmers competed in two different categories, fastest swim and composite score.
