As an assistant at Centenary College in Shreveport Louisiana ,coach Dustin oversaw the sprint group and dry-land training programs. During his tenure, he helped lead several individual and relay conference champions. While working at Centenary, Dustin was also the Senior coach for the City of Shreveport Swim Team (COSST). There he produced numerous Louisiana State Qualifiers, State Champions, Sectional Qualifiers, High School All-Americans and Junior National qualifiers.
