Aquatic Cross Training Starting May 7th

Dad’s Club Aquatic Cross Training

Starting on May 7th, Dad’s Club is introducing a new training group to our Adult Coached Programs. Aquatic Bootcamp will be a mix of high-intensity water and dryland routines, designed to provide the ultimate metabolic response in just a 1-hour workout. This cross-training will focus on building lean muscle, developing muscular endurance, improving overall athleticism as well as functional strength. Workouts will consist of bodyweight or light-weight dumbbell exercises, integrated into standard swimming sets.  Perfect for anyone looking to mix up their fitness routine this summer, please come try out our Aquatic Bootcamp.



Who – Adult (18 &over) Tri & Masters Members

When - Tuesday& Thursday 7:15-8:15pm

How to Register – 1), 2) Tri & Masters Swim Training, 3) Registration


Additional Info & Required Equipment:

·         Designed for all fitness levels. *Must be able to swim 50 yards unassisted.


·         Pair of swimming fins

·         Appropriate swimwear- men: trunks or jammers, women: full piece suits, or suits with workout shorts.
